LOL!! This was a lesson learned......not from the book but from the book club leader!   So thankful for Jenn and her willingness to host at a moment's notice!  Love you girls!  Delicious food and wonderful conversation as usual!

DISCUSSION QUESTIONS FOR "WREATH, A GIRL"

Were you immediately engaged in this book or did it take you awhile to get into it?  Why?

This book is considered Young Adult Fiction, is that how you would classify it?  Why or why not?

Wreath assumed because Law was well-dressed and handsome that he was rich.  Have you ever assumed someone is a certain way because of the way they look?  Not a good way to judge people, agree?

Were there other things the author was trying to teach?  What do you think was the main lesson in the book?

Could you relate to Wreath's "running away"?  If so, how?

What qualities in Wreath did you most respect?

Which character helped Wreath the most?  Her mom, Faye, Law, Clarice.......??

Greed ......one thing we decided is not a proper motivator.   Thought provoking discussion tonight even though there were things about the "structure" of the book we didn't like!  Food was delicious and fellowship sweet!  Thank you again LBC ladies!
